You'll need:
5-6 ice cubes
4 oz. skim milk
1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 small, very ripe banana
1 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
Blend it all together and enjoy!
