30 Calorie Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

Don't ruin your diet with fancy drinks packed with calories and high in sugar.  Try this yummy spritzer instead, for just about 30 calories.



You'll need:

8 oz. raspberry seltzer water
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice (I used 100% lemon juice from concentrate because we've always got it on hand,
                               but you could squeeze one whole lemon if you prefer)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 packet of truvia

Pour the frozen raspberries into a tall glass.  Add the lemon juice and seltzer water.  Stir in the truvia. Top with ice if you'd like and enjoy!

If you like your lemonade more tart, add a bit more lemon juice. If you like it sweeter, add a tad more truvia.
