Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie with 24 Grams of Protein

I'm still detoxing from a long weekend of wedding food. So after a long run this morning, I whipped up this protein smoothie to replenish and hold me over until lunch.  This smoothie contains about 24 grams of protein, too!



You'll need:

4 oz. skim milk
2 tbsp. PB2 powder
1 tbsp. wheat germ
20 grams of vanilla protein powder (chocolate would be delicious too!)
1 small banana, cut into chunks
5-6 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Simple enough!
