Blueberry Green Tea Spritzer

It sure is warm out today! Nothing goes better with a hot day than refreshing beverage... like this blueberry green tea spritzer! Plus, it's loaded with anti-oxidants.

You'll need:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
4 oz. brewed green tea
1 pack of stevia
4 oz. seltzer water
10 ice cubes

Boil 4 ounces of water pour it in a mug with the green tea packet. Let it brew for about 15 minutes.  Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

Place the blueberries in the bottom of a tall glass.  Layer ice cubes on top.  Pour the green tea and seltzer water over top of the ice and berries and stir in a pack of stevia.  Enjoy!

(I mashed up some of the berries with a spoon to release some extra flavor!)
