Raspberry Yogurt Parfait

Looking for a quick breakfast option? Something you grab and go? Or just a healthy late night snack? Try this yummy raspberry yogurt parfait! It's high in protein and low in fat!



You'll need:
6-8 oz. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup granola (I like Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch)
1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp. honey or 1 pack of truvia (optional, if you want the parfait a bit sweeter)

You simply layer the yogurt and raspberries in a bowl or cup and sprinkle the granola (and chia seeds if you're using them) over the top. If you're adding sweetener, drizzle honey or sprinkle some truvia over the top and mix it all together.

I can't think of an easier dish to make than this. Add a few dark chocolate chips on top for an easy and guilt-free dessert!
